Berto has been planning his engagement to Jess for quite some time. He invited his fiance-to-be to dinner at the Ritz, but little did she know that he was going to pop the question! Berto arrived first, and spotted Jess at the place where they were designated to meet. He waited for the right moment to walk up to Jess. Without hesitation, he dropped to one knee....and out of his pocket came the engagement ring. Jess was beyond surprised and ecstatic! They make such a lovely couple!
